Mike Stephens has been working with Mr. Petsas since 2005. He handles matters in family law (e.g., divorce, custody, support), personal injury, misdemeanor criminal defense, breach of contract, real estate, estate planning, conservatorships, and more.

Mike received his J.D. in 2003 from the Santa Clara University School of Law; where he also received a Certificate in High Technology Law. In 1995 he got his B.A. in Mathematics, with Honors, from the University of California at Santa Cruz. He is a member of the State Bar of California (2003 to present), the Pacifica Chamber of Commerce, and the San Mateo County Bar Association. Mike has done volunteer work at a workers-rights workshop and at the California Office of the State Public Defender, a state agency dedicated to the representation of indigents on California’s death row.

When he is not at the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and playing with his young daughter. He also plays guitar and teaches Spin (group indoor cycling classes) at a small Pacifica exercise studio.
